Beginner to Intermediate: A fitness focused class with a belly dance twist! Strengthen the muscles used in belly dance and challenge your cardiovascular system. This class will fire you up and leave you feeling strong, confident and capable. It compliments combos/choreos by helping you stay strong and move with ease.

Intermediate to Advance: Steps are taught with more simple or complex options to accommodate various levels of experience and knowledge. It compliments fitness and conditioning class by showing you how to have fun in the moment, shaking your hips and owning your dance moves. This fall we are working on a fun and sassy shaabi choreo.
